Return & Refund Policy

Return window: 30 days from delivery.

Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all accessories/manuals.

Approval: Obtain a RAN before returning; unauthorised returns may be refused.

Return postage: Customer pays unless the item is faulty/not as described or we shipped the wrong item.

Faulty on arrival / within 30 days: We’ll repair, replace, or refund.

Refund timing: Up to 14 business days after inspection, refunded to the original payment method.

Non-returnable: Consumables once opened (e.g., filters), items damaged by misuse/incorrect installation, or returns missing parts.

Ex-display: Returnable only if faulty or not as described (see above).
